Eric Miller, Host & Chief Financial Advisor, Econologics Financial Advisors

“Preparing for a Future Sale. What’s Your End Game?”

Roger Redman, DVM – Exec VP of Business Development, Ackerman Group

Selling your practice isn’t just about timing.
It’s about aligning your personal goals, financial performance, and market conditions. This session breaks down how those three factors work together to influence your sale price and what you can do now to position your practice for a stronger, more profitable exit.

“Veterinary Pricing 2.0: How Smart Hospitals Are Raising Fees and Increasing Compliance”

Steve Castillo, CPA & CEO, Profit Solver

Outdated pricing methods often lead to lost revenue, client pushback, and unnecessary pressure on your team.
This session explains why they no longer work. You’ll learn how data-driven pricing strategies can improve profitability, increase client compliance, and create the financial stability needed to support your team and grow the practice.

“People Don’t Fail Because They Lack Talent—They Fail Because They Lack a Consistent Way to Win.”

Lorianne Isaacson – CEO, Personnel Matters

You don’t have a talent problem, you have a repetition problem.
If you’re dealing with staff turnover, repeated mistakes, or constant re-training, this session will show you why—and how to fix it.

“From Profit to Personal Wealth: How Veterinary Owners Actually Keep What They Earn”

Jharid Pratt – CEO, Granite Peak

Strong profits don’t always translate into available cash or personal financial progress.
This session breaks down the disconnect between profit, cash flow, and what you actually keep. It covers practical tax strategies, essential financial metrics, and common structural mistakes that affect cash flow, business value, and what you ultimately keep at exit.

“How to Run Your Household Like a Business & Build a Practice that Serves Your Life”

Eric Miller, Host & Chief Financial Advisor, Econologics Financial Advisors

Many practice owners are generating solid revenue—but it’s not translating into personal progress.
In this session, you’ll uncover the key gaps that hold back progress and the critical shifts that can help turn business success into personal wealth that is more intentional, predictable and aligned with your life goals.
